ARISE AND SHINE PART 1

Arise means wake up; stand up; open your eyes; take your place; to come to an awareness of what is happening. Rom. 13: 11-12. On the other hand, to shine means to manifest; to reveal; to standout; to glow; to illuminate; to burn to a point of drawing attention. Rom 8:19 says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God”. Therefore, arise and shine means stand up and manifest; wake up and take charge; open your eyes and take your rightful place. If you want to shine, you need to arise first. Luke 15:17-18, “And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! See what he said afterwards “I will arise and go to my father…” …for your light is come. You rise and shine when your light comes. When the Bible says your light is come, it means at a point, the light was absent, and darkness ruled over. Until light comes, glory cannot manifest. Psalms 27:1, “The L...
