Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened. Luke 3:21 It is a most wonderful experience when the heavens open unto a person. However, it’s a life of bliss to continue to live under open heavens; such an experience transcends any mortal’s imagination. Therefore, to perpetually dwell under open heavens should be the utmost cravings of any person. Every other thing that is important to life and godliness can be received by the inhabitants of open heavens.  For the heavens to open over an individual, certain requirements must be met.
