There cannot be a rising without a raiser. A raiser is anything or anyone that raises. In otherwords, a raiser assist you to move from one level to another. Automobiles of various sorts are also raisers. The “raiser”, we’re examining today is God Almighty Himself. He can help you achieve in 6 months what you couldn’t achieve in 16 years. He can help you to attain an height that everything has disqualified you for.
In life, there are degrees of movement. Life’s journey is either crawling, walking, running, or flying. How far you go in life depends on your raiser. To raise means to lift or move higher. An icon is a symbol. It also means a famous person who has been made popular for what he or she stands for. That’s why we have icons of Journalism, Peace, Christianity, among a host of others. Those raised by God automatically becomes icons. However, He won’t raise you to become an icon until you make up your mind that you’ll represent Him forever. Till God(The Supreme Raiser) is certain that His kingdom is the priority of your heart, forget about rising at all, let alone becoming an icon.
Talking about His kingdom, Matt. 6:33 says, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all this things shall be added unto you”. Therefore, making His kingdom the priority of your heart means allowing His will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven. This is because He created you to show forth His praise. According to Psalms 145:15, God provides meats(food) in due season to humanity, and He’s willing to you to accomplish that. Will you release yourself and all your resources to move His work forward, even when you’ll not be noticed. Acts 10:38 says, Jesus was anointed, and He went about doing good. Will you be willing to wipe away tears, cloth the naked, provide for the needy, shelter the homeless, be a problem solver, without clamouring for the spotlight? If you make up your mind now to be the help that somebody somewhere has been praying for, and become an extension of His All Powerful and All Reaching hands, then I say, “congratulations!”; you’ve qualified to become a kingdom icon.
God does not just want to be represented; He wants a worthy representation by a worthy representative. He wants a loyalist, if I may add, a die hard loyalist. If He grants you visa and you leave this country, will you still represent Him well? If He decides to answer all your prayers and take you to the height you’ve been praying for, will you still be wrapped with the garment of humility? This decision is important because it is attached to your destiny fulfillment. There are three junctions in life where you must make major decisions, which will affect you and your posterity. They are the junctions of DECISION, DETERMINATION, and DESPERATION respectively. Be wise in your decision making.
Make a solemn promise that from today, you’ll properly represent God ANYWHERE, and watch Him wrought wonders in you and through you. If you are born again, surrender your life to Jesus Christ today, they find a bile believing church in your neigbourhood, and start fellowshipping with them today.
