There are gods. As a matter of fact, there are different kinds of them. These gods are all the works of men. Just like man is limited, the gods made by him also is limited. However, there is a God who was never made by any man, as a matter of fact, He created all things. He’s the uncreated creator. Because He’s unlimited, He said in Jeremiah 32:27, Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
The unlimited God has no origin. Because He has no begining and no end, He’s called the begining and the end. If you think your challenges are insolvable, all you need to do is to consult the unlimited God. “Unlimited”, means without boundararies or restrictions. That’s why Phil. 2:10-11, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father“. He’s also unlimited because whatever He says is final. The scriptures says, who saith a things and it cometh to pass when God hath not commanded. In other words, it’s what He says that matters. Anyone who wants to enjoy enduring success must draw from the strength of the unlimited God. This unique kind of strenght is called, “the everlasting strength”. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength. Ishiah 26:4
The unlimited God is unlimited in all aspects of life. He’s unlimited by time. That’s why He is The Ancient of Days. He was before time, and that’s why He’s the everlasting. History is made in reference to Him, either as Before Christ(BC), or After Death (AD). Only He can give the genuine history, because History actually is His – story, the story given by God. What the historians have is a fragment of what He made available to them. That’s why there’ll always be more to know and discover, because the one who has the story Himself is indiscoverable, “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!” Heb. 7:25. The good news is that GOD CAN NEVER BE LATE. When Lazarus died, Mary felt Jesus was late, “Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died”, Jesus replied, “I am the ressurection and life”. That also means death has no power wherever I am. Even If Christ had come a month later, Lazarus will still be ressurected.
He’s unlimited by your utterrance. If you’re a stammerer, never mind, The unlimited God is not limited by your speech, He hears. And it shall come tom pass,that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. Ishiah 65:24. Even before you finish making your petitions, he has heard
He’s also unlimited by distance. That’s why He can be everywhere at the same time; He’s the ominipresent God. The devil can’t be everywhere at the same time, this is why He has agents working for him, and supplying him with feedback. “And the Lord said unto Satan, whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it”. The word of the unlimited God is as powerful as He is. This is why His word too is unlimited. It can penetrate through and through to where the surgeon’s needle cannot reach. All this is possible because His word is spirit and life. The Centurion in chapter 6 of the gospel of John said to Jesus, “speak the word, and my servant will be made whole”. When He spoke, reports have it that the Centurion’s daughter was healed that very hour. With the unlimited God, distance is no barrier. In fact, with Him, there’s no distance at all
Furthermore, God is unlimited by resources. “The earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein”. He’s inexhaustible. He has ever been meeting the need of mankind, yet, He has never gone bankrupt. Matt. 6:33 says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”. When you seek after God’s kingdom and His righteousness, He will give you more than what your strength can acquire. What you’re running after, the world is also running after it. “For after all these things do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things”. Matt. 6:32 You should know that no one can compete with the world and win. This is because when you think you’ve got what the world has, very soon, you’ll loose your happiness when you suddenly discover that what you have has become antiquated. However, what the father gives you will last long. So seek Him wholeheartedly.
God Almighty is unlimited in power. He’s power is as potent as ever. “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God”. Psalms 62:11. There’s a limit to the powers and authority wielded by men and women in this world. People have limitations to their powers and influences. But God’s power is unlimited. At the mention of Jesus name, every kneel bows, in heaven on earth, and under the earth. His ability is boundless. “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them”. Heb. 7:25
The good news is that the unlimited God is ever willing to show forth His unlimited abilities in the circumstances of men, however, that require that you must have His identity on you. You acquire His identity by TOTALLY surrendering your life to Him. If you are ready for this life- changing experience, please say this, “Lord Jesus I acknowledge all my sins, forgive me, and cleanse all my sins. Write my name in the book of life.
