TOTAL VICTORY

These things have I said unto you, that in me ye might have peace; in the world ye shall have tribulations, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33
                                                                                                                           
This life is actually a battle field. It is battle against the visible and the invisible. It is battle against circumstances, temptations, personalities, whose sole aim is to see us defeated. From the first day a baby is born to this world, he/she begins to fight. Even in the most quiet quarters, battles are seriously going on. However, victory is sure because Our Lord Jesus Christ has overcome for us. However, there are certain things needed to appropriate to ourselves the victory already given to us.
TRUTH:  Eph 6:14 says, “Having your loins girt about with truth”. This implies getting yourself tied to the truth. You must he glued to the truth. The truth here is not a philosophy or an idea; He’s a person.  He’s not a truth, but The truth. The Truth is JESUS CHRIST. In John 14:6, Jesus says, “I am the way the truth and the life” If you want to overcome the world, you must be born of God. 1John 5:4. You must know The Truth, because only He can set you free. When your loins are girt with truth, you will be unmovable. 11 Corinthians 13:8, says, “we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth” Satan is a liar, and the father of it. Jn 8:44. Only Jesus tells the truth, because He His Truth Himself.
BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS:  The breastplate secures your heart (life). Once an arrow penetrates in to the heart of a person, such a person dies except for divine intervention. So long as a man is righteous, his heart (life) is secured, because righteousness gives us right standing with God. Infact, the righteous is as bold as lion. When the righteous falls seven times, He/she will rise again. Romans 8:3.1. Sin makes people vulnerable to satanic attacks.
GOSPEL OF PEACE: Jesus Christ preached a message of peace. He his called the Prince of Peace. Ishiah 9:6. When you preach and practice the gospel of peace, you are inviting God’s support. When God supports you, who can antagonize you?  All of Jesus reactions to oppositions were peaceful. Heb 12:14. When the gospel of peace met Saul of Tarsus, he became Paul the Apostle.
SHIELD OF FAITH:  The shield of faith is what you take to protect yourself when fighting. It quenches the  fiery darts of the wicked. A dart is a pointed sharp weapon, sometimes with feathers to fly it. It can come like thoughts, circumstances, fear, voice(s), dreams, news, etc. Matt 14:28-31.  Faith is not what you bring out when challenges surface, you must actually live by it. The just shall live by faith. Children of God are expected to walk by faith, not by sight.  Faith does not stop the enemy from sending their fiery darts, however, it stops it from accomplishing it missions by quenching or neutralizing it.
HELMET OF SALVATION: The helmet is what you place on your head.  The head identifies a man. You cannot ascertain the real identity of man whose head has been cut off. You must have on your head the identity of salvation. Its either you carry the helmet of salvation or the helmet of sin. The focus here is on spiritual helmet. Those who have received Christ are children of God, hence, they have on their heads the helmet of salvation. 1 Samuel 17:46, 49-51. Goliath of Gath had no helmet, while David had helmet.  
SWORD OF THE SPIRIT: The sword of the spirit is the Word of God. We are engaged in spiritual battles, so are weapons too must be spiritually inclined. You must use his word because, they are spirit and they are life. Heb 4:12, Col 3:16. How much of God’s word is in you? The world we live in is a product of God’s word, hence all of life challenges is answerable to The Word.
PRAYERS: The only way to pray always is praying in the spirit. Prayer is a spirit. Ephesians 6:18, Jude 1:20. Prayer is an investment, while testimonies are its interest. With persistant and aggressive prayers, victory is sure. Prayer is the key is one of the keys to total victory. Total victory is God’s desire for His children, however, prices must be paid to achieve them. Pay the price by applying the above in your life, and get the prize of living in total victory.

JOURNEY TO GREATER HEIGHTS

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth. Deut. 28:1 There is an height beyond where you are now. No matter how high you have gone, there is still a greater height. Therefore, let your slogan be, “higher everyday”. This is why Jesus keeps calling men upward. He calls from sin to salvation, from salvation to consecration, consecration to Holy Ghost baptism, from HolyGhost baptism to manifesting to manifesting the fruits of the Spirit, and so on, and so forth. Jesus said in John 12:32, “If I be lifted from above the earth, I will draw all men unto myself”. DIVINE PROJECT

Being confident of this, that He who has begun a good work in you, is able to perfect them till the day of the Lord Jesus. (paraphrased) Phil 1:6 Life does not give you what you desire, but what you demand for. This is why most times, it's not the first time that you apply for a visa,job that you were given; it's not the first time that you wrote that exam that you passed. Life answers to the persistent. If you're persistent in your asking, particularly from the right source, you'll be consistent in receiving. Make this declaration boldly, "I AM A DIVINE PROJECT, I WILL NOT BE ABANDONED. In life, nothing starts as a completed task. Project means  to make something new or improve something. It means to make manifest something. However, not all projects eventually becomes what it was intended to be. A divine project is a life or destiny that God wants to use to make a statement to the world.
